    For virtual office accounts, please select the Business Address account plan and choose between the London or Dorset address. You’ll also need to select a mail plan which defines your limits and thresholds. This can be changed easily at any time, and we can advise you on the best mail plan if you’re unsure. Please contact us for help.

  2. Can I visit my virtual office in person?

    No, your virtual office is intended as a digital solution for businesses who need an address and a way to manage their mail remotely. This solution is aimed at businesses that no longer need physical office space or those that utilise hot-desking areas but need a solution for their company.

  3. Is my virtual office unique?

    You will be provided with a unique variation of one of our addresses. We only allocate addresses from the physical locations we operate from, and the address you receive will depend on the option you selected during sign up.

  4. What happens if mail arrives at my virtual office?

    Any letters or parcels will be delivered to our mail sorting facility. We’ll receive it on your behalf and upload it to your account. You then decide what you’d like to happen next, and we have a team on-hand to action your requests.

  5. Can I receive parcels at my virtual office?

    All virtual office accounts can receive parcels which will be charged at the pay-as-you-go rate of £6 per receival. For more information about parcel charges, please refer to our full pricing guide.

  6. Can I use my virtual office to register my company?

    Yes, you’ll be provided with a virtual business address as part of your virtual office account. This address can be used as your registered office, business trading, directors’ service and correspondence address.
