Can I get parcels to my UK Postbox Company Address in London?
No, only letters can be received at our London location, however we will also give you a free non-London address for any parcels to be sent to.
I don’t mind where the address is, what’s the best option for me?
Our Dorset location is the most flexible location as it can be used for letters and parcels, it’s also cheaper than the London addresses.
What is a Registered Office Address?
A Registered Office Address is the official location of your business that must be provided to Companies House when setting up in the UK.
What is a Director’s Service Address?
A Director’s Service Address is an address that Companies House and HMRC can send information to, which is specifically for the director’s attention. It is listed publicly on the Companies House website so often isn’t the home address of the Director, to maintain their privacy.
I haven’t registered my business with Companies House yet, should I select Sole Trader or Limited Company when I sign up to your service?
Choose your BH16 or N13 address and sign up as a Sole Trader, once you have registered your business with Companies House contact us and we will update your account details.

Yes. Companies registered with Companies House in England and Wales have to have a Registered Office Address in England or Wales.
Can you use a PO Box as a registered office address?
No, you can’t. A Registered Office Address has to be a physical street address.

Can I collect my letters from you?
No, for the security of all of our clients’ mail we don’t allow you to collect post from our sorting facility. You can however access it online or we can forward the originals to you.
