Getting Started - The Sign-up Process
We’ve put together this short guide on how to get a UK Postbox address and account. The process is quick and easy but there are a few steps to take before we can give you your address and plan.
1. Choose an address type and location
Select an address type and location that includes the features you need to access. Please view our pricing page for a breakdown of what’s included in each address type.
- PO Box Address
- Street Address
- Business Address
- Redirection Address
- Parcel Address
2. Select your mail plan
You’ll be given the option to choose a mail plan depending on the amount of mail you expect to receive on a monthly basis. Don’t worry if you choose a letter plan and receive the odd parcel, they’ll just be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis, and the same is true for receiving letters on a parcel plan.
3. Verify your identity
Most customers complete verification in just a few minutes using a phone or computer. Once your documents are uploaded, approval is typically completed within 24 hours during operational hours.
4. Setup complete
Your account will be activated, addresses set up and details emailed to you. We recommend logging in and viewing the Account Tour for an overview of our software. Our teams are on hand to support via the Message Centre.
5. Download our app
Many customers like to use our mobile app when on the go.
