Mail collection service

We’ll organise the collection of mail from your address. Whether that’s an office, shared occupancy building, your home address or anywhere else in the UK - we can pick it up and transport it to our mail sorting facility.

We can collect all of your mail, specific mail items, or post for multiple people. You’ll just need to organise the mail you want digitised before it’s collected. Whether that’s for certain departments, incoming invoices, or director’s mail - our service is flexible around your needs.

Digitising your mail

After collecting your mail we’ll scan the contents for you to view and manage online. We’ll scan every letter you’ve allocated for us to collect. You can then log into your account using our online mail management platform, which is also available as an app
(iOS & Android).

Manage your mail remotely

When your mail is digitised, you can do more than just viewing it online. Every account has access to all of our remote mail management features, such as the following:

  • International mail forwarding - Forward your letters to any other address across the globe if they need to go elsewhere.
  • Organise digital mail items - Create folders and tag your letters to make it easier to manage and find your saved items.
  • Integrate with cloud platforms - Connect with Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox and Evernote to have letters automatically saved in your cloud storage.
  • Send letters online - If you need to send letters, we can handle this on your behalf. Just upload a PDF and tell us how and where to post your item to.

Secure mail storage

We offer physical and digital storage for all mail items. By default, we’ll scan and store a digital version in your account and store the physical item in our secure mailroom. Via your account, you can request that we destroy the physical item and/or delete the digital store. We use encryption software to ensure all digitised mail items are secure when uploaded to our platform.

Bypass mail collection by getting a virtual address

We also offer a service that provides you with a virtual address for all of your mail deliveries. This address is unique to you, and you can send all of your postal deliveries to this location instead of your home or office address. Your mail will then automatically arrive at our processing centre, after which you can access the same mail management features we’ve listed above.
