We see two bank holidays to celebrate spring in May 2025, meaning that there will be a change to our normal opening hours. UK Postbox will be observing both public holidays and will be closed for an extended weekend on the following dates:
Early May bank holiday
Spring bank holiday
Don't forget, you can still access your existing mail scans and request new sends on your online account during the extra closures, but new scans and send requests will not be actioned until we are back in the office.
We hope that anyone celebrating the public holiday enjoys their long weekend. We’ll be back as normal on the Tuesday after each public holiday, to action any outstanding mail requests. In the meantime, you can keep up to date by visiting our status page.
