We've updated our mail inbox screen in our software to enable you to filter your mail based on the company that has sent it.

You'll be able to see the logo of your mail senders, such as utility providers, registrars and authorities and online retailers.

Importantly, UK Postbox has a clear policy on the use of artificial intelligence. Mail sender identification is handled by our trained team, so the information you see is accurate, accountable, and not subject to the errors or assumptions that automated systems can introduce.

The sender identification is based on verified data, not machine learning.

What if my mail sender can't be identified?

If your mail sender isn't a company - such as a family, friend or business contact - this will show as 'Unknown' in orange. These can also be filtered in and out by using the filters.

Can I create my own mail senders for my regular mail items?

This is not currently a feature, however you can use the Tags feature to tag multiple items.

Will I be able to see the total number of mail items I've received per sender?

Yes, by using the filters this will give you a total number of mail items for the sender selected.

Who is this available for?

The Mail Sender Logos feature is only available to users on the Letter 5 plan and above. If you are on a PAYG plan and wish to upgrade to get access to this new feature browse our plans to find a mailplan that suits your needs.
