How does it work?

Get a virtual address to register your trust, or use as your official correspondence address if you're a trustee, settlor of beneficiary. Use your virtual address for all trust-related postal communications and utilise our platform to read your letters online, organise letters, send outbound mail and more.

Official addresses for trusts

Our virtual UK addresses offer an alternative to a physical address for trusts, settlors, trustees and beneficiaries, allowing them to register a trust, protect their privacy, and separate trust-related communications from the day-to-day mail they receive. Here are some examples of how they're used:

Trustee address

Trustees are people or companies that are responsible for managing money or assets on behalf of the beneficiary. They may be required to provide an address for official communications.

Beneficiary address

Beneficiaries are the individuals or organisations that benefit from the trust, such as receiving money or assets. They may have to provide an address for any correspondence between them and the trust.

Settlor address

Settlors are the individuals or companies that provide assets to the trust. They may also be referred to as grantors, donors or trustors. As part of the details held by a trust, they may be required to provide an address for postal correspondence.

Charitable trusts address

Charitable trusts registered with the Charity Commission will need to provide an official address.

Corporate trusts address

Corporate trusts registered with Companies House will need to provide an official address.

Hybrid trusts address

Hybrid trusts may be registered with either the Charity Commission or Companies House and are required to provide an official address.
