Do I need to pay VAT
VAT is payable on all services supplied by UK Postbox, subject to your actual location and account type
UK -
Both personal and business accounts that are verified as being located within the UK are subject to UK VAT @ 20%. If you are VAT registered then you can claim the VAT back under UK purchases.
EU -
Personal accounts that are verified as being located within the EU are subject to UK VAT @ 20%.
Business accounts, based outside the UK but within the EU, maybe exempt from paying UK VAT. You need to supply us confirmation of your VAT number, commercial website address, or business letterhead, so that we can verify your status.
Outside EU -
Both personal and business accounts that are verified as being located outside the EU are exempt from paying UK VAT
