  1. Is this service just for people from the UK?

    No, we have individuals and businesses from all over the world using our virtual post services.

  2. Do you automatically scan all of my post?

    It’s up to you. If you’d like us to, yes, but if you prefer, we can scan unopened envelopes, and you can then decide what happens next.

  3. Can I collect my post from you?

    No, we operate a “clean” mail room, where only security cleared personnel are allowed entry. This is for the security of everyone’s post.

  4. How long does it take for post to be scanned?

    During working hours, post will be processed and uploaded within a few hours of arriving at our Poole facility.

  5. What happens with parcels?

    Each of our accounts includes a free address for your parcels. If you receive a parcel, we’ll take a photo of the un-opened box, and notify you of its arrival. You can then decide if you’d like us to forward it to you, or store it until you’re ready.

  6. How secure is your service?

    Extremely. We operate out of a single location in the UK so that we can maintain the highest security possible. CCTV, security cleared staff, and strict procedures all protect your post and privacy. All of the data between you and our systems is secured by HTTPS encryption, and we’ve recently rolled out optional two factor authentication. Our servers are hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, and are protected by their best in class security.

  7. How do I send a letter?

    Login to your account, click on the send a letter icon, and upload your letter as a PDF file. Choose how you wish it to be sent and we’ll do the rest.
