VAT Changes - Are you exempt ? Following the UK Government announcement, as a result of the 2010 Budget, the changes to the postal services VAT exemption, affects the services provided by UK Postbox. Under the changes announced, all the services we provide will be subject to VAT @ the current rate (currently 20.0%) as of the 31st January 2011.

UK - business - liable to VAT EU - personal - liable to VAT EU - business - Exempt from VAT Outside EU - Exempt from VAT
..."If you believe that you are exempt from VAT because you are either a business outside the UK but within the EU or you are outside the EU, please email us. We require your customer ID number and confirmation of your actual location/verified address and account type. Once this has been completed, if eligible we will amend your account settings".
