| We have been working hard alongside iPostalMail to improve the interface and management system. While this is still ongoing development, I am sure that if you have already logged in and used the new interface , that you will agree that it makes managing your Postal Mail online even easier and faster. |

| We are always looking for positive feedback , but any glitches in the system need to be dealt with and rectified ASAP, so we have added a bug report to your online control panel so that you can let us know if you experience any difficulties. |

When you login now you will be greeted with a very user friendly home page page which not only tells you your account balance, how many new mail items and number of messages, you can also navigate directly to topup, view mail, read messages and profile with one single click of the mouse.

| Your UK Postbox, is just a SMS text away? You have the option to receive your postal notification (new received or scanned mail) by standard email or now you can have SMS text messages. With this option enabled we will automatically send you a SMS Text Alert when you receive a new piece of mail, it's then up to you to login and manage your mail, request to scan, recycle, or forward to any address in the world. |
