Chrome 8 has its own PDF viewer which can cause problems causing the whole website to zoom out.
Please see a simple fix below:

In Address bar type ‘about:plugins’.
Click on the ‘Details’ link in the top right
Scroll down and find ‘Chrome PDF Viewer’
Click the ‘Disable’ link

The Adobe Acrobat PDF reader show be listed just above make sure its set to ‘Enabled’. If its not there then need to download and install acrobat reader.
