Receiving mail

It’s now so easy to receive your UK postal mail online. View scanned images of your sealed envelopes, then choose to have your mail securely scanned into a PDF document, recycled, shredded or forwarded to someone else.

Getting started is easy. Simply set up an account for FREE and choose the virtual address where your mail will be sent.  After selecting the price plan for your needs – simply divert your postal mail to your UK Postbox address and you’re done! When we receive mail we will scan the envelope and upload it to your secure online account. You can then choose to view the item, have it recycled, shredded or forwarded on to another UK address.

Sending mail

Sending sensitive business, legal and financial documents is simple. You can send mail to the UK no matter where in the world you happen to be, directly through your existing email client or your secure UK Postbox account. It’s 100% secure, and confidential.

After writing a document in your favourite program, upload it to your secure online UK Postbox account.  We will then print the item on high quality 110gsm paper, insert it in an envelope, attach a stamp and post it for you the same day.

We can print practically anything including Word documents, Powerpoint presentations, PDF documents and spreadsheets. We even offer you Royal Mail secure services such as Recorded, Registered and Signed-for mail, so you can track your item, and have the peace of mind of knowing it has arrived safely.

Mail forwarding

Some mail has to be dealt with urgently and forwarding mail can be expensive, especially when you need to do it frequently. Save time, money and the environment by forwarding your mail through your UK Postbox account.

After viewing your envelopes online, simply decide what you would like done with each item – scanned for viewing, recycled, shredded or forwarded to another address.

If you decide to forward, select which mail you would like sent to someone else and confirm the postal address. Next select the level of service required – and leave the rest to us.

How Does UK Postbox Work ?

•  Mail is delivered into our secure mailing facility
• All mail is sorted, barcoded and input into our computerised automated system. From this point we know where every item is and so do you through your online account.
•  Envelopes are scanned and uploaded to your secure UK Postbox online account
• You decide what action to be taken next, well it is your post
• Scanned - The envelope is opened and the contents are scanned into a PDF document. This is then uploaded to your online account where you can read, save or print out to document
• Recycled - Help save the planet and yourself time by discarding unwanted mail by the click of a mouse
